Cat Power sings Frank Ocean and more on new album ‘Covers’; 2022 tour brings them to the TLA

You can always count on Chan Marshall for transformative cover songs. Following up on her project Cat Power‘s last studio album, 2018’s Wanderer, Marshall is releasing her third covers LP – titled, simply, Covers — on January 14th via Domino Records. The tour in support of it comes to Philadelphia a week after release, when Cat Power plays the TLA on South Street on Thursday, January 20th.
