Saleka’s debut album ‘Seance’ comes out April 8th; listen to “There Is A Place”

Singer-songwriter Saleka released an impressive run of singles over the course of 2020 and 2021, and played a breathtaking Key Studio Session last fall. Now she’s getting ready to take the next step and release her debut studio LP, Seance.

The latest teaser from that record is “There Is A Place,” a song that appears in the soundtrack to M. Night Shyamalan’s Apple TV+ series Servant; it’s a burning, smoky ballad about love, about imagining life in a better space, and about learning to navigate the space you’re currently in.
