You’ve got to hand it to Wilco: when they throw a festival, they don’t just give their fans a stage with bands playing, they give them a multi-dimensional experience. Art exhibits (the setting at MASS MoCA helps this one). Collaborative workshop sets. Record and art fairs. Dinosaurs roving the grounds. Solid Sound 2024 took place the weekend of June 28th, 29th, and 30th, and Philly’s Lisa Schaffer was on the scene shooting photos for WXPN.
