Pop / rock legend Lionel Richie last appeared in Philadelphia in 2023, playing a packed arena show at Wells Fargo Center alongside Earth, Wind, & Fire. This spring, he’s returning to town to make a rare club appearance, playing Union Transfer on Saturday, March 29th. The concert is exclusively open to Wells Fargo credit card holders, and goes on sale this Friday, February 28th at 10 a.m.. More information can be found here.

The concert in Philly serves as a warm-up to the latest leg of the singer-songwriter and producer’s Say Hello To The Hits tour, which last year found him touching on his time in The Commodores (“Sail On,” “Brick House”) as well as his iconic solo work (“All Night Long,” “Hello”) and other collaborations like the USA For Africa anthem “We Are The World.” From Philly, Richie heads to a three-night stand at Las Vegas’ Encore Theater before heading on a spring run across the UK and Europe.
