Who They Are: West Virginia-born, Nashville based singer-songwriter Sierra Ferrell was an XPN Artist To Watch in August of 2021. Sierra was featured during XPN’s virtual “Winter Sessions” in December of 2020. Her Rounder Records debut, Long Time Coming is out August 20th. Musically, Ferrell draws on country, folk, bluegrass influences and a dose of jazz on her songs, and the album features contributions from Sarah Jarosz, Billy Strings, Jerry Douglas, and others.
