Where They’re From: Brooklyn, NY

Who They Are: Fronted by lead singer and bassist Julia Cumming, Sunflower Bean released their debut full length, Human Ceremony in 2016. The three piece also includes Nick Kivlen (lead guitar and vocals) and Jacob Faber (drums), and the band released several subsequent albums through Mom + Pop records. They were a WXPN Artist to Watch in December or 2017 and played Free at Noon as well as XPoNential Music Festival the following year.
