Flock of Dimes (Wye Oak’s Jenn Wasner), live in concert

We’ve got a real treat in the World Cafe studio today. Flock of Dimes is the solo project of Jenn Wasner, a founding member of Wye Oak and a frequent collaborator with Bon Iver and Dirty Projectors.
Her new album, The Life You Save, marks a departure from Wasner’s past records.
“It is an attempt to report from inside of a process that is ongoing and unfinished, from which I will likely never fully emerge as long as I am alive: my struggle within the cycles of addiction and co-dependency,” she said in a statement.
