World Cafe Travel Adventure – Ireland

WXPN presents…

The Dublin Sessions

Cultural Connections: Trace the history of Irish emigration at the EPIC museum.
Must-See Highlights: Quintessential city tour of Ireland’s vibrant capital city, Dublin.
Culinary Experiences: Welcome dinner and a traditional Irish evening.

Each year, WXPN invites select members to experience the World Cafe Sense of Place adventure. This year, we are offering two overlapping trips to Ireland, both centering on the Dublin Sessions (5 days in Dublin during which all music sessions will occur). The first (April 10-20) features Waterford, Killarney and Limerick before heading to Dublin. The second (April 14-24) trip opens with the Dublin Sessions and then heads north to Donegal and Northern Ireland. Learn more about both trips below!

World Cafe Sense of Place Recordings/Performances

A highlight of our Sense of Place travel is always the amazing sessions of live music that are curated by the WXPN team. Our World Cafe crew is hard at work planning The Dublin Sessions — at least 4 private World Cafe Sessions at a recording studio and local venues. These performances will be woven through the Dublin itinerary and added at a later date.
