While Philly punk faves Everyone Everywhere are hard at work on their next full-length, bassist Matt Scottoline has gone and dropped a fuzzy dreampop record under the name Hurry. The static amplifier haze and drifty melodies are an undeniable product of repeated listens to “Sometimes” by My Bloody Valentine, but the songs underneath are very introspective – the stuff of Bright Eyes, Neutral Milk Hotel and Red House Painters. Dig in to “Tell You” below, download the entire EP for free at Hurry’s Bandcamp.
