Calling all hackers: Come to Music Hack Day Philadelphia at the ExCITe Center May 18-19
Philly is getting it’s first official Music Hack Day organized by Drexel’s ExCITeCenter and The Echo Nest, one of the world’s leading technology and music intelligence companies. Music Hack Day starts Saturday, May 18th at 10AM and ends Sunday, May 19th at 5PM. Just what is Music Hack Day? Music Hack Day is an international 24-hour HACKATHON where programmers, designers and artists come together to conceptualize, build and demo the future of music. Software, hardware, mobile, web, instruments, art – anything goes as long as it’s music. For music and tech geeks, Music Hack Day is where your wildest music and tech dreams may come true. There are two ways you can participate. As a hacker participant you can register for the entire weekend here. To watch the demonstration session on Sunday you can regsiter here. Space is limited for both sessions. Go here for complete information about Music Hack Day Philadelphia.
