Toy Soldiers have slowly been climbing from local favorites to national contenders with their infectious blend of blues-infused rock n’ roll.  This Friday, Toy Soldiers are set play a live session for Paste Magazine in Washington, DC.  So far, the group has released two EPs and one full length, but they’re gearing up to release their second full-length The Maybe Boys, produced by Bill Moriarty (who’s produced albums for some other Philly faves Dr. Dog and Man Man).  Click here for more information about the upcoming show, should you be inclined to roadtrip a couple hours south to support these local dudes. And if you’ve never seen them, check out their Hotbox session below for a taste of their live sound.
