Stars release video for “Hold On When You Get Love And Let Go When You Give It”, announce US fall tour (playing Chameleon Club 10/2)

Canadian indie-rock outfit Stars have just released a new video for their latest single, “Hold On When You Get Love And Let Go When You Give It” The video, directed by directed by George Vale and Torquil Campbell (of Stars), is described, by Campbell, as something “that celebrate[s] the following things: 1. Being yourself 2. Being someone else 3. Being fucking fabulous 4. Showing up, putting on your heels and staying alive.” “Hold On When You Get Love” is the newest material from the band since their 2012 full-length, The North. In addition to releasing the video, Stars have also announced a string of US tour dates this coming fall. The Canadian quintet will be making a stop in Lancaster, PA for a show at The Chameleon Club on October 2nd. Tickets go on sale this Saturday, June 29th, at 10am.
