Listen to Neighbors’ new EP Power Country (playing Johnny Brenda’s on 10/8)

Seattle power pop outfit Neighbors will be in town on October 8th to play a show at Johnny Brenda’s with Amanda X and Hurry.  Recently reunited after a lengthy hiatus, the band has wasted no time getting back in the groove.  The last few months have seen the band releasing two new EPs and embarking on a fall tour of the east coast.  Power Country, the second of the two EPs and an exclusive tour release, shows a healthy mix of basement pop / punk energy with momentary jaunts into twang (“Power Country”) and quiet restraint (“I Like Yr Style”).  Tickets and information for the 21+ show can be found here.  Listen to Power Country below and check out their song “Accessory” on DRGN King’s tour mixtape from earlier this year here.
