WXPN’s countdown of the 885 Greatest Songs of the New Millennium has been going on all week, and the conversation was intense – from our office to Facebook to Twitter to “the real world.” Heck, I was picking up take-out from Bufad the other night and heard a table of customers discussing the Muse->Lady GaGa->Justin Timberlake->Guster set. The #885Countdown hashtag has been a great source for debate, bonding and witty fun, and with the last push of the countdown kicking off this morning, we thought we’d collect for you some of what you may have missed. Below are the best tweets we’ve seen this week – a few from in-house XPN-ers, sure, but mostly are from listeners, members and fans. Check them out below, join the conversation on Twitter (we’re @wxpnfm) and Facebook (/885wxpn) and stay tuned today as we count it down to the number one song of the new millennium!
