Don’t let Nikki Jean’s stunning appearance fool you. The Philadelphia-based soul singer is scorned and ready to pounce (not in a good way) on her disgraceful ex-lover in the video for her latest song “Take You Out”. Taken from her upcoming 2014 LP Little.Yellow.Different, the song cuts pretty deep as Nikki sings “I really thought you were special, but now I think a 38 special might be the thing” over an acoustic arrangement while the video shows her loading a gun and later referencing The Godfather II.
