Philadelphia Jazz Project joins Make Music Philly with Lucky Thompson Band and more

Philadelphia Jazz Project will be lending some of its talent to the second-annual Make Music Philly celebration taking place on Saturday, June 21. The project will present three concerts at Friends Meeting House with jazz veteran Lucky Thompson Band, spiritually-grounded Kim Pedro’s NU Grv Quartet and all-female jazz group Kendrah Butler & nVizion. Each ensemble brings its own unique approach to jazz. Make Music Philly is a free, day-long event and open to the public.
