Bryant Eugene Vazquez is a singer/songwriter who relocated from Tempe, AZ to Philadelphia this winter; today, he released a 10-track album called Caliber. It highlights Vazquez’s haunting vocals alongside beautiful piano arrangements in a lo-fi recording style.  Vazquez recalls that he wanted Caliber to take a different approach than his previous records. “It began with a solo piano concept, and soon evolved into a collective effort,” he says.

Vazquez also cites how he drew inspiration for the album from his cross-country move from the Southwest to the Northeast.  The entire album was written and recorded in Arizona.

The album is currently out on Vazquez’ Bandcamp; listen to “Impeccable Pig” below.
