Mike Bell and the Movies release a remix single for “Everyone”

Local pop punk outfit Mike Bell and the Movies are releasing a CD single today in honor of their song “Everyone.”  The 10-track CD features four remixes of the song along with the studio cut, a live version and a few other bonus live songs recorded at a festival in North Carolina.

The rapid fire original was included on this year’s Nothing Works LP, the group’s debut full-length.  Remixes for the track were contributed by Soundcloud user popcorn_10, Oklahoma’s Sastronaut / The Daddyo’s, Lancaster, PA’s NAH and Ohio’s PAPA Steve.  Sastronaut also produced a video for their track overhaul, pairing the downtempoed, synthy take with scenes of what could be a bachelor party.
