Preview Ross Bellenoit’s The Wreckage in his Random Tea Session, see him at Johnny Brenda’s
Ross Bellenoit‘s second full length record The Wreckage is almost here. He’ll be celebrating the release on June 6th at Johnny Brenda’s; Morgan Pinkstone and singer Madalean Gauze join him on the lineup.
The Wreckage, Bellenoit describes, is an album about “coming to terms.” The 12 songs that are featured reflect on his ability to draw from memories and choices he’s made to present songs that are immediate and riveting. Although break up albums are a dime a dozen, presence and sophistication brought about by Bellenoit’s songwriting will make the album stand out.
The Wreckage is also the first of three albums he plans to release this year, with the second and third being jazz and folk inspired; he’s a man of many projects to say the least. Tickets for the upcoming release show can be found on Johnny Brenda’s website here. Below, check out Bellenoit’s appearance on the Random Tea Sessions. (You can also see him in Ryan Tennis’ performance for the series.)
