Philly producer Rob Devious has had his hand in a few artist’s projects, working with talent like Milton, Abi Reimold, and Richie DiGiorgio. But he also writes his own music, and recent stepped out from behind the scenes on his debut solo track: a smooth chopped and screwed R&B single called “Whatever.”

A one-man effort, Devious put together the piano, vocals, guitar, synth, programming, and production; I can see it being a Drake song due to its content and overall sound. Devious’ first effort is a great one; check it out below, and listen again in a car: the bass sounds fantastic.
