Watch Mr. Sampson rock a colorful live performance of “What You Believe” and “Momentum”

There are a lot of colors in electronic music; the colors of the stage lights, the colors of sampler buttons, keyboard casings and laptop screens. Philly crew Mr. Sampson put them all on vivid display in this live medley of their songs “What You Believe” and “Momentum,” giving a taste of their blend of big beats, funky samples and live percussion. The video was shot at a familiar location in Philly that doesn’t appear so familiar: as drummer Aaron Harel tells us, “Joe [Haederle, producer] and I actually both work at Underground Arts and they let us use the blackbox for this. Perfect spot for filming!”
