Chill Moody can make a pretty strong case for being one of the hardest working names in the Philly hip-hop scene, so when he announced that not a week would go by in 2016 without new music from Moody and team, we were pretty pumped. Yesterday, the rapper kicked off the series, titled #MoodyMonday, with the collaborative effort “I.M.I.H. (I Make It Happen).”

The new single, which features Detroit’s Kid Vishis and Chicago’s Add-2 is a swaggering rumination on Moody’s growing popularity and how much hard work has led to it. The beat is simple and relaxed and allows for Moody and team to show off their vocal flexibility and skill. Not a bad way to start off a 52-song series – check it out below.
