Philly roots-rock outfit Song Dogs plays Union Transfer, opening the show for Chuck Ragan of Hot Water Music. Last April, the band released its third LP, Heartlands, and it played The Key’s Riverfront Sessions at Spruce Street Harbor Park in June.
