Yikes the Zero is one of the most free-thinking rappers in Philly, and we totally love that about him. He’s working on a new LP but, as our friends at The Deli pointed out last week, he just dropped a collection of early unreleased material called Witches Brewski & other lost tapes.
The collection, which spans the years 2004 to 2012, is very psychedelic and cerebral, with icy beats reminiscent of Dälek and Antipop Consortium providing a bed for Yikes’ cool and collected flow, which has a very Ghostface Killah-esque vibe to it.
