Watch: Mumblr take the trip on the road in new video for “Three Leg Dog”
Noise punks Mumblr are gearing up to release their new album The Never Ending Get Down next month, and this week they shared the record’s newest single, “Three Leg Dog”, and its accompanying music video over at Gold Flake Paint.
The video, which was directed by bassist Sean Reilly, features vocalist/guitarist Nick Morrison overlay-ed with road-trip sequences that coincides great with the whole Modest Mouse circa Lonesome Crowded West vibe of the song. Morrison and the rest of the band then break down and out of focus as the video and song take a psychedelic turn.
Mumblr will be holding their record release at PhilaMOCA on June 11th. Also performing will be fellow Philly punks Mannequin Pussy and Amanda X. For tickets and more information, check out the XPN Concert Calendar.
The Never Ending Get Down is out June 10th via Fleeting Youth Records. Watch Mumblr’s video for “Three Leg Dog” below.
