After a kick-off show at Milkboy in March, Nashville-born charitable organization Bandade officially set-up shop here in Philadelphia. The operation, which raises funds for the American Cancer Society through concerts and merchandise, has now announced a series of benefit shows happening here in town over the next few months.

On July 30th you can catch Patrick Donovan and Anna Shoemaker at Venturef0rth, followed by The Dove & The Wolf, Dirty Dollhouse and Bailen at Milkboy in August. The programming continues into the fall with performances by Andrew Leahey & The Homestead, Matt Hires, Bryant Eugene Vazquez & Los Gringos and more.

In addition to hosting these concerts, Bandade enlists the help of nationally (and internationally) touring acts through their autographed t-shirt series, which get auctioned off with 100% of the proceeds going to the ACS. Past signers include Florence Welch, Sam Beam and Portugal, The Man.

Check out some of the upcoming bands below and stay tuned to Bandade’s website for the full benefit show schedule here.
