Hound feeds off the Earth in video for “Walkin’ The Fine Line”
Hard rockers Hound bring us a new music video for their song ‘Walkin’ the Fine Line” off of the band’s record Out Of Space, out now on SRA Records.
Co-directed by vocalist/guitarist Perry Shall (who has collaborated Waxahatchee, Modern Baseball, The Spirit of the Beehive, and more) and BJ Howze, we see Shall take a camping trip, wielding only an ax and his wits to survive the Pennsylvania wilderness. As the perfect setting to further isolate Shall from his problems, he comes to figure out how music will always be apart of that struggle.
The song itself relates back to reflecting about life, and how unsure Shall is about the directions taken (“Maybe I’m too stubborn / Maybe I just need a change / Maybe I’m just doomed / Just doomed to stay the same”). However, the band itself is more confident with their sound than ever, delivering a short but powerful wham of pure hard rock.
Watch the video below, and make sure to catch Hound at one of three Philly shows throughout the next month.
