Dave Hause announces new Bury Me In Philly LP, dances his cares away in “With You”
After a punk-tastic 2016 (which included the release a new record and a string of dates with Bad Religion and Against Me! with his pure punk rock band The Falcons) Philadelphia singer-songwriter Dave Hause is diverging, announcing his aptly titled third solo effort Bury Me in Philly, leading this new era with his newest single “With You”.
Fans looking for a more crystal clear vision of Hause will not be disappointed. Up-beat is an understatement, as he blasts through a pop-rock anthem full of kicking solos and enough piano to fill a music hall, detailing the lonely life we all live sometimes. But Hause, in his infinite wisdom, says in no better terms, to hell with it. The hook “Dance me with, we’ll all be dead soon” isn’t a call for help, but an ultimatum for all of us. Stop hating life, find who and what you love, and dance your ass off.
