Ross Bellenoit announces year-long cover project Future Corpses with an uplifting Genesis rendition

Local folk rocker Ross Bellenoit announced an exciting cover project for 2017. Future Corpses brings a new cover each month to his Bandcamp page, as he tries to put a new twist on some of his favorite tracks.
“In the spring of 2015, completely for my own personal enjoyment, I began recording twisted takes of some of (my) favorite songs. The idea was to take a song (some of which are fairly deep cuts) and arrange it in a way that was filtered through the eyes of an unrelated popular artist. How would Bill Withers interpret a Chris Whitley song? How would Prince interpret an Eric Clapton song? And so on.”
