Orion Sun shares a new experimental tape test II

Last year, Orion Sun shared her first experimental tape on Soundcloud, compiled with songs and pieces of recordings that didn’t fit with any of her official releases. Now the The Philly-based singer, producer and multi-instrumentalist is back with test II, a new tape chronicling what she’s been working on throughout 2019.

The 20-minute recording showcases the range of influences, ideas and techniques that inform Orion Sun’s songwriting while giving listeners an intimate glimpse into her creative process.

2019 has been a transformative year for me
i was forced to look within myself and process a lot of things i have been avoiding for a minute
life is crazy and unpredictable but to be anywhere else not creating would be devastating.
