Hijinx Festival returns to Philly for another two nights of EDM

This past weekend, Hijinx Festival came back to the Pennsylvania Convention Center for the second year with a sold out crowd of 24,000. Mainly an EDM festival, Hijinx is curated by Bassnectar and the lineup this year consisted of some of the greats: Skrillex, Excision, Zeds Dead, and Porter Robinson.

Porter Robinson’s set was especially special due to the fact that for the past few years he has been going by the name Virtual Self, so this being one of his first shows back as Porter Robinson definitely made the crowd go wild. 

The two-day festival had a surprisingly good first year which was hard because the attendees had nothing to compare it to. For those that love EDM or bass music, this is definitely the festival for you. The festival goers were for sure impressed with this year and have been talking about next year to see what it has in store.
