Philly-based electronic artist cheeky and rapper Blue w3rD have teamed up on a new track, “Die in Yr Love.” Propelled by a syncopated, almost reggaeton-esque beat, the track gently breezes by on cheeky’s lilting vocals. Blue w3rd’s verse carries a similar delivery: it’s mixed pretty quietly in the track, and combined with his deep voice and easygoing flow, complements cheeky’s soft vocals quite well.

The music video shows the two artists exploring Philly: they hop on the MFL, stop by City Hall, and chat outside of Rittenhouse Square Park. Shot by sylo, the grainy video perfectly accompanies the low-key, chillwave-influenced track. It’s a relaxing sort of vibe that shows Philly as a youthful, vibrant, unique place to live.
