On October 25th, Panache will be hosting a virtual festival in their Village of Love series, benefitting Planned Parenthood. The lineup includes indie rock heavyweights like Phoebe Bridgers, Angel Olsen, Margo Price, Perfume Genius, Weyes Blood, Mac DeMarco, Alabama Shakes’ Brittany Howard, Kathleen Hanna, and more. In addition to the musicians, the three-hour virtual event will also feature a raffle, silent auction, and dance party room.

Panache’s Village of Love festival has been running for the past eight years, and usually takes place on Valentine’s Day, similarly benefitting Planned Parenthood. Their 2020 festival raised over $40,000 for the reproductive health organization.

This iteration of the festival is breaking that norm, instead taking place a week before the upcoming presidential election. “As we face an election that will determine the future of access to sexual and reproductive health care, it is vital that Planned Parenthood has the resources to continue providing care and expanding their advocacy efforts, including crucial outreach to get out and vote,” organizers said.
