Philly rap icons The Roots are marking the 26th anniversary of their sophomore album Do You Want More?!!!??! with a new vinyl reissue of the record, featuring expansive liner notes, unreleased alternate mixes, and more.

Released on January 17 of 1995, Do You Want More?!!!??! found The Roots expanding their sound and repertoire beyond the funky licks and freewheeling jams of their debut project Organix, finding a unique voice the finely honed fusion of hip-hop, soul, jazz, and rock that we know them for today.

The reissue spreads the album’s original 16 tracks over two vinyl LPs, with a third LP containing alternate versions and remixes of “Proceed” and “Silent Treatment” — one of the “Proceed” versions features legendary vibraphonist Roy Ayers. The package also contains a booklet with two new essays by Roots drummer and co-founder Ahmir “Questlove” Thompson, as well as a track-by-track breakdown, and photos in the studio and behind the scenes.
