World Cafe Live’s virtual House Concert series is heating up this spring. For the venue, which has been forced to suspend in-person shows for a year now, the pandemic has proven the perfect time to bring back intimate at-home shows — a centuries-old tradition made digital.

Jazz fusion group Emmanuel Ohemeng III and Perpetual Motion will kick things off on Wednesday, March 31, and concerts will continue through early April with a wide-ranging lineup of Philly-area artists.

Great Time will play a release show to celebrate their new record Sounds Like ____ [Vol. 1], as will singer-songwriter Sophie Coran, whose debut album S P A C E comes out April 9.

Other performers include cellist and singer-songwriter Daniel de Jesús, psychedelic blues rock trio Kelsey Cork and the Swigs, and emospacebird, the solo project of singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Erin Dillard.

See the full lineup below and find more information at worldcafelive.com. The concerts will stream for free on World Cafe Live’s YouTube page, and donations will be split between the artists and the venue.
