Andrew Lipke didn’t let the events of 2020 stop his production schedule; he took the time to put out roughly 30 new songs across three releases. His latest, “It’s Enough,” is comparatively modest in its status as a single, but it packs in all of the skill and nuanced musical ability expected of the Philly-based singer-songwriter.

“It’s enough for you to save it / It’s enough to let it die;” these words mark the first lines of the song. The rest of it passes with a similar lyrical structure-one line claiming something, the second claiming a near-opposite sentiment. Then it lands on the core sentiment: “It’s always enough.” The song is deceptively upbeat, showing off yet another facet of Lipke’s diverse songwriting ability.
