New Orleans faves Tank and the Bangas kicked off last weekend with a rousing and expansive Free at Noon performance, but the night-time Philly party they had on the docket — with tour-mate and XPNFest 2021 highlight Cory Henry — had to wait a couple days.
It was solidly in the zone of work night hours when Tank and Co. hit the Union Transfer stage on Sunday, March 20, but that didn’t stop the party; the enthused crowd vibed to Henry’s laid-back grooves and leapt to their feet for a high-energy-as-always set from Tank and the Bangas.
