Joining us for this Indie Rock Hit Parade session is a group that last visited our studio nearly a decade ago. Formed in Stockholm in 2001, Shout Out Louds have been a mainstay of Sweden’s celebrated indie rock scene since their debut album, Howl Howl Gaff Gaff. Now into their second decade as a band, Shout Out Louds reunited with producer Björn Yttling (of Peter Bjorn and John) for their sixth album, House. Released at the start of this year, House combines the crystalline chill of 2013’s Optica with the propulsive energy of their earliest recordings. Shout Out Louds stopped by our studio while on a short North American tour to perform a selection of new songs live.
