Radiohead’s Thom York and Jonny Greenwood teamed up last year with drummer Tom Skinner of Sons of Kemet to form The Smile, an expressive trio that racked up acclaim for their record A Light For Attracting Attention — which ranked number 24 on WXPN’s Best Albums of 2022 MEGA-LIST. After a select run of live dates last year, the band is heading back on a North American tour this summer, and it includes a stop at Franklin Music Hall on Saturday, July 8th.

In addition to the live dates, which you can check out below, the band announced a vinyl-only EP recorded live on tour last year: Europe: Live Recordings 2022 is six tracks long and can be pre-ordered here. Tickets for the band’s Franklin Music Hall show go on sale Friday, February 3rd at 10 a.m., with various presales happening this week, more information can be found at WXPN’s Concerts and Events page.
