After blowing us away with two nights at The Met in 2022, Nine Inch Nails will take a much bigger stage when they return to Philly this summer. For the industrial-tinged modern rock band’s Peel It Back Tour, their first run in three years, they’ll be playing arenas on par with the venues they’d headline in the 90s and early 00s; in Philadelphia, that means an August 27th date at Wells Fargo Center.
As of right now, this tour does not appear to support a new release — which is fine, a tour through the NIN backcatalog is always a wild and vibrant ride — but that could change as the tour nears. In his extracurricular work, Nine Inch Nails leader Trent Reznor continues his fruitful film and television scoring work with Atticus Ross; the duo just won a Golden Globe for their work in last year’s Challengers, and they’re slated to be producing the score for this year’s Tron: Ares.
Tickets for Nine Inch Nails’ Wells Fargo Center concert go on sale Wednesday, January 29th at noon, more information can be found at the WXPN Concert Calendar. Check out the full tour itinerary below, along with fan video from The Met; revisit our coverage of that concert here.
