Who They Are: Tame Impala is Kevin Parker, a multi-instrumentalist who first conceived of the project while experimenting in his home studio. After attracting public interest on MySpace, Tame Impala released their debut album InnerSpeaker in 2011. Praised for its complex and dynamic electronic sound, Tame Impala went on to record two major award-winning albums, Lonerism and Currents. As a live touring act, Tame Impala’s vast live sound is popular at music festivals and stages around the world.
