At NOON on Christmas Eve it’s my annual broadcast of Striking Twelve – a wonderful and creative retelling of “The Little Match Girl”, a short story by Danish poet and author Hans Christian Andersen and performed here by GrooveLily! Later in the evening at 7PM, it’s the return of It’s A Wonderful Life 1947 radio broadcast with Jimmy Stewart and Donna Reed … a perfect way to showcase the magic of radio on this most magical of nights. Also listen in for a special celebrating the iconic Phil Spector Christmas Album, hosted by our buddy Eric Schuman (3AM) as well as A Jethro Tull Christmas presented by Ian Anderson (4AM) and other holiday aural treats throughout the twenty-four hours!
