Samantha Fish joins host Raina Douris

Guitarist Samantha Fish makes bold and expressive blues music. So it may come as a surprise that she needed a nudge to perform live at first, when the then 17 year-old was handed a guitar at a house party of 200 people. Now, Samantha has been touring steadily for over a decade, just released her sixth album, Kill or Be Kind…and she never stops experimenting. She joins host Raina Douris today to talk about playing with new sounds, and how she carved out her own identity as a woman in the traditionally male-dominated blues scene.
