Guerilla Toss joins host Raina Douris

Calling someone “weird” might seem like an insult to some people. But not to the members of the band Guerilla Toss. Their latest album is called You’re Weird Now, and on the World Cafe, singer Kassie Carlson and keyboardist Jake Lichter talk about embracing their weirdness. They also discuss working with Stephen Malkmus of Pavement, who produced the record, and recording at The Barn – Trey Anastasio’s studio in Vermont.

Listen to the session here.
