Gold Connections joins host Stephen Kallao for “Sense of Place: Richmond”

World Cafe’s “Sense of Place” series in Virginia continues with Gold Connections. Singer and songwriter, Will Marsh, started the band back at The College of William & Mary when he connected with Car Seat Headrest’s, Will Toledo. They played on each other’s records, but eventually Marsh went his own way. The latest EP from Gold Connections is called Like a Shadow, and we’ll hear a live performance of the songs today, plus his story of signing with Fat Possum Records. That’s coming up, on the next World Cafe with host Stephen Kallao.
