Parquet Courts joins host Raina Douris

Over the course of seven studio albums, Parquet Courts have proven hard to define – They’re re a rock band…A post-punk band…They’re a bit experimental, and kind of funky. True to form, their new record, Sympathy For Life, introduces a new sound, with more synths, keyboards, and dance than ever before. We’ll learn how Parquet Courts embraced improvisation in the making of the record, and singer Andrew Savage, who writes their razor-sharp lyrics, discusses his writing process.
