World Cafe’s Spring Break continues with some of the most memorable “Sense Of Place” travel moments, and coming up, it’s a Chicago double-header – Steve Albini has been an in-demand audio engineer since his early days in the city’s underground punk scene. We’ll take a tour of Albini’s Electrical Audio studio to get an idea of what it might be like to work with the guy who’s engineered tracks for Nirvana and Iggy Pop. Then, stick around to get a look inside Chicago’s new museum dedicated to post-punk and industrial music, created and curated by drummer Martin Atkins.
