Jazz master Abdullah Ibrahim left South Africa in the 1960’s during apartheid, and under the stage name Dollar Brand, was signed by Duke Ellington. Now, at the age of 89, one of South Africa’s greatest jazz pianists is still creating fresh works and performing all over the world.
