Kurt Vile joins host Raina Douris

Kurt Vile had a great album to write, but a pandemic to overcome, so he built a basement studio in his home in Philadelphia. It led to Watch My Moves, the latest record from Kurt and his band, the Violators. We’ll hear some of the new music in a live performance on the next World Cafe. Plus, he shares stories from some memorable collaborations – like writing a song for pop star Kesha, and that time Kurt was joined in the studio by the late John Prine.
