De La Soul joins host Stephen Kallao

De La Soul are hip hop legends, and after years of waiting, their music is finally available on streaming services everywhere. On the World Cafe, De La Soul’s Maseo and Posdnuos join us to look back on their remarkable career, including 1989’s seminal album, 3 Feet High and Rising. Plus, they’ll remember their bandmate, Trugoy, who passed away earlier this year.

Listen to the session here.
